Change proposal: GHC 9.10 for Fedora 44

Hi, I am planning to submit
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Haskell_GHC_9.10_and_Stackage_24
for Fedora 44.

This Change also proposes to drop all Haskell -prof subpackages from F44+
(except for ghc core libs).  Let me know what you think.

Very nice plan Jens!. Can testing be done in Fedora VM? any specific spin
needed? like fedora server or Workstation?

I am interested in the testing and filing bugs activity

Yes it can, or even in a container!

At this point testing what is in current Rawhide would be good, including
upgrades from F42.

Due to the impending ghc-9.10.3 release, I will delay the Change submission
a few more weeks until the ecosystem is more ready.
