first SIG meeting

After so many years I would like to do a first Haskell SIG meeting on
Freenode.

Who is interested in attending?
Topics could include ghc-8.4.3 for F30, etc.

Once we have a better idea of who wants to attend and timezones, we can try
to find an appropriate time.
