UI ticket triage / 'needs mockup' tag

Hi!
This may be the first post to the list :)
I just wanted to send a note out that I triaged through the open tickets
and added a 'ui spec' tag to all tickets that are actually UI specs and not
bugs or development tasks. Hope that was helpful.
Another thing I did was add a 'needs mockup' tag to any issues that were
clearly in need of a mockup (or mockup updates.) If you're working on a
ticket and need some design / mockup help, be sure to add this tag. :)
