We had a meeting today. We will not have a meeting next week due to the holiday, so we will reconvene on Jan 3!
Here is a short manual summary:
Ipsilon 400 error on login ---------------------------------- puiterwijk has this fixed; mizmo tested and was able to log in using her dev env. if you have issues still talk to puiterwijk. it's strictly a server-side issue and not linked to local settings.
bookmarks bar -------------------- https://pagure.io/fedora-hubs/issue/11 devyani has changed to a different machine and is still setting up her vagrant env. will work on after that is complete.
release cycle widget --------------------------- https://pagure.io/fedora-hubs/issue/63# mizmo will review saptak's front end work this also has some backend issues in terms of where the data comes from, vivek wasn't around but saptaks reported that vivek is looking into this.

Suzanne completed her interviews of Fedorans who work on planning / organization of events including ambassadors, documented her findings, and we had a meeting last thursday to sort through the data and brainstorm next steps. She will be putting together a master list of the 'problem to address' we came up with at the meeting and working with me to prioritize them, and also starting to wireframe some of the ideas we already had.

Chhavi just got started last week, I assigned her this edu hubs ticket to do some initial UX research on. She will be talking to three edu ambassadors in India. She put together a draft questionnaire that she emailed to me and I will be reviewing and providing feedback on it today.

abompard got some assistance from stickster in contacting open stack folks re: errbot although with the holidays coming shortly now no communication back yet. he is busy with the next mailman release but if he has time will also look at expanding the hyperkitty REST API to support the inclusion of hyperkitty posts in the main hubs feed widget.
