Plan for Flock

Today we talked about needing to come up with a plan for Flock. This
year's Flock is going to be more action-oriented. One idea was to have a
workshop (perhaps on how to create widgets?), and follow it up with a
hackfest. We should figure out what to work on during the hackfest and
who needs to be there to make a solid proposal.
