 You can upload the hyperkitty logo and set it in the admin section.

As we are getting closer to the release of hyperkitty we should also make
 this website look a little prettier :)

Comment:

We should. But -- probably next week, or in any case very soon -- we're
 going to move !HyperKitty bug tracking and wiki to Launchpad and
 wiki.list.org respectively, so I think it's okay for this to go undone.
