Description of problem:
spec file doesn't provide "provides" field, other packages trying to installing
with old name are failing due to this
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
smc-meera-fonts-04.1-5
How reproducible:
every time
Steps to Reproduce:
1.try installing smc-fonts-meera it will say package does not exist

it says
Expected results:
it should still install smc-meera-fonts package

If I completely disable ibus, this problem goes away. This seems to be a mild
form of problem similar to Bug #492956, which started with the attempt to fix
Bug #491999.

terminal still not supporting rendering for complex script
check output in gedit by following command
1) LOCPATH=$PWD LC_ALL=ks_IN date > test
2) gedit test
or
1) LOCPATH=$PWD LC_ALL=ks_IN cal 2009 > test
2) gedit test

All Indic locale uses Latin digit
I haven't seen any other locale using local script digit's
see locale file /usr/share/i18n/locale/ar_IN for example

try same in gedit as suggested above
