Presumably - the upstream bug is still open.
I'm closing this as 'UPSTREAM' for now, as I personally do not have the time to
work on this fix myself - I'm at the mercy of upstream for it. I've CC'd myself
on the upstream bug, so when it gets fixed, I can pull it into Fedora.

The current behaviour is the MS pinyin style which has no selectable candidates
listed, one has to press left arrow to move cursor left then change the
candidate.

libpinyin-0.2.99.2-5.fc15.x86_64
How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install libpinyin and enable it
2. input pinyin character, eg, 'zhong guo' (pinyin for "China")
3. press number 1 key
Actual results:
libpinyin is crashed and candidate box is disappeared, you need re-enable
libpinyin again
Expected results:
libpinyin should work as normal
