Description of problem:
It is a long-standing problem that publican books can be generated correctly
for Indic since Indic (Indian) fonts do not include ASCII glyphs.
If fop was able to fallback to fonts or better use pango or some similar font
abstraction to isolate the hardcoding of fonts from fop itself then this would
just work. This requires some work upstream I guess but I would like to track
this here in the open for fedora.

Description of problem:
When typing something on konsole and coverting with Input Method, there are no
color nor decorations in preedit and caret position during conversion. this
makes harder to work with IM on konsole.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install ibus, ibus-kkc, imsettings and imsettings-qt say
2.run KDE with Japanese locale
3.open konsole and press super+space and type watasinonamaehanakanodesu and
press space say
Actual results:
all of strings are on reverse decoration. hard to see where is the segment of
strings
Expected results:
should be used with proper decorations to see the caret position and segments.

can support it as well as mozc say.

The pipe (|) key located to the right of the LEFT-SHIFT key doesn't work
requiring that UK users press the combination of ALTGR+` key

The graphical keyboard layout confirms this omission. The described key is
omitted too. This is not a complete UK keyboard IMHO

Description of problem:
If a translated string does not have the same conversion specifiers in the
source string, saving it fails with the error which says "The expression '%e'
is not present in the translation". I've attached a screenshot showing this
problem. Please refer to it.
I think translations like that should be accepted. Some format strings like
date-time formats does not always need to have the same specifiers in the
original texts.

1. Open a string with one or more conversion specifiers on Transifex
2. Translate it into a string without the same specifiers
3. Press the save button.
Actual results:
Transifex says "The expression '%e' is not present in the translation" and
translations are not saved.
Expected results:
Translations are saved normally.
Additional info:
A workaround is to upload a PO file instead of saving translations on the web
interface editor.

Description of problem:
When type in gedit using typing booster, First It says "Please install hunspell
dictionary!" through popup window If it's not installed, When i clik on that
part then nothing happened, For new user it's bit confusing.
Suggestion:
There should be proper path For installation like settings->Region &
Language->Gujarati-inscript(hunspell))->go to "Install dictionary" on the
preference window
OR
when click on that part then it should be automatically go to hunspell
dictionary window where we can install it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F19 in Hindi locale
2. Post installation, create user, login with new user, in hindi locale
3. Change language with gu_IN(Gujarati) from system-config-language
4. Logout and login again in gu_IN locale with new user
5. Left click on system Calender from the panel
6 Observe the language in the calender itself.
Actual results:
The calender is showing Date format field strings in hindi when login with
gu_IN locale.
Expected results:
It should show the Date format fields in gu_IN (Gujarati) locale itself, when
logged in in Gujatari locale.
Special Observation :
With the command "locale" from the command line executed, its providing the
following information which looks not correct.
