--- Comment #8 from Alan <alan.g12r(a)outlook.com> ---
The Georgian script became bicameral in Unicode 11, but the problem is that the
new letters are NOT used in title case. The Mtavruli capitals were introduced
for all caps emphasis styling, so the auto capitalization function should not
be used for Georgian texts.
See https://www.unicode.org/reports/tr44/#Change_History (under UnicodeData.txt
for Unicode 11).

There is a work around for Noto fonts:
https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-fonts/issues/1261
Here you can get bpg-fonts that support Mtavruli:

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=36633544
For details on the mass rebuild see:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_31_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix gettext at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
gettext will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 32,
gettext will be retired, if it still fails to build.
