[Fedora-i18n-bugs] [Bug 1924576] Default font subpixel rendering does not work well as other Linux

So if they change something after copying them into /etc/fonts/conf.d, that may means they have some problem to enable it. and I'm afraid I can't make it off hand because that may also means it will take effects on all the desktops for users.
