This isn't an error of hunspell itself from the description. I believe if you
click the "gear" configuration button there you get a dialog that lets you
install the required dictionaries.
Seeing as there is some sort of packagekit integration there I imagine the
ideal solution is for ibus-typing-booster to detect the dicts are not installed
and prompt for them automatically instead of leaving it to the user to install
them via the configuration dialog ?
