--- Comment #46 from Mike FABIAN <mfabian(a)redhat.com> ---
(In reply to Stas Sergeev from comment #45)
Hi Mike.
This is the last severe bug for which I
still don't have either a fix or work-around.
It gives lots of problems.
Many people these days, who chat in the internet
way too much, type without any capitals or punctuation -
do you want me to join these circles as well by
disallowing the use of Shift? :)
No, of course not, I’ll fix it.
Until I fix it, you can use this as a workaround:
diff --git a/engine/table.py b/engine/table.py

I really still don't understand why that
short-cut is needed. You explain that
---
For Chinese, this is used often as a quick way to toggle between
Chinese and English mode (faster than switching between two input
sources).
---
but I still don't understand how the hardcoded
short-cut can be any better or faster than the
configurable one?
Of course configurable is better.
There is already a configurable short-cuts for this, so I am
confused.
ibus-table does not have configurable shortcuts at the moment.
All shortcuts in ibus-table are hardcoded.
I want to make them configurable, but that is a bit of work.
