Seems I don't find obvious errors in your attachment #attach_2123644 while I
think your gnome-shell version is a little old.

Probably you need to update packages with:
`sudo dnf update gdm gnome-shell mutter gtk4`

I follows your environment but cannot reproduce your issue.
