Please note that the extra glyphs does not include the candrabindu required for
0D01 Malayalam Candrabindu probably to be released in the next Unicode version.

Candrabindu characters for Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada are all due soon and
may easily be copied from Lohit Devanagari. Do you want me to open a separate
bug for that?
