--- Comment #2 from Stas Sergeev <stsp(a)list.ru> ---
Hi Mike, I claim that Shift press/release is
not the only cause of this. Yes, when I press/release
Shift, this happens.
But the problem is that it happens on other occasions too.
For example, if the Shift was pressed in the beginning of
line, in the _middle_ of the line I can suddenly get switched
to English. By seeing the typing, I can claim that the letter
_was typed_ while Shift was pressed. The evidence is a capital
letter in the beginning of the line. Also there would be a few
cyrillic non-capital letters between that capital and the
occasional switch, and I can hardly believe I can occasionally
hit Shift while typing non-capitals.
Yet, it _has_ something to do with Shift definitely, and pressing
Shift again, returns me to cyrillic typing.
I think it is some subtle bug that makes Shift that was
pressed earlier, with letters typed, somehow provoke the
switch later.
Is there any logging in ibus that I can enable to let you
see what's going on?
