--- Comment #22 from Stas Sergeev <stsp(a)list.ru> ---
(In reply to Mike FABIAN from comment #21)
Why doesn’t xine do that on my system?
There are a few ways to
get an answer to this:
1. You can suggest me how to enable more logging
and/or I'll do some debugging on my own.
2. I give you an ssh. Hopefully with "ssh -X"
the thing is reproduceable.
I call xine like this from the command line:
xine somevideo.mp4
“xine (X11 gui) - 無償の動画プレイヤー v0.99.8.“ starts in that case.
That's what I do
too.
Or should I use some other way of starting xine?
Maybe gxine?
Haven't tried gxine yet, will do at the evening.
In what kind of program do you do the typing with rusle while xine
runs?
(I typed into gnome-terminal).
In firefox, like in this exactly bug form.
Also in pidgin.
Haven't yet tried the gnome-terminal, but I am
pretty sure its the same.
When xine is running, the autorepeat typing is
noticeably lagging, there are a "huccups". But
this is not because of the CPU load, it just
somehow affects only ibus. :)
