When switching windows, input to always English.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start two apps (gedit, gnome-terminal)
2. toggle to hangul (click shift + space or hangul key)
3. switching window (alt + tab)
4. input 

Actual results:
english alphabet

Expected results:
Hangul
