But this doesn't make too much sense.
I am not sure whether this makes sense or not, it doesn’t bother me,
I don’t really care one way or the other here.
I am using a separate per-window layout,
That is what I prefer as well.
so what is the "layout when I log out"?
I just tried it again, it is the input source which was active in the
window which has focus when one logs out.
For example, if I have two windows
- gnome-terminal, input source rusle
- gedit, input source translit
When gnome-terminal has focus while I log out, rusle will be the
default when logging in next.
When gedit has focus while I log out, translit will be the default
when logging in next.
Is it possible to disable that "clever" feature and
just get a fixed (configurable) default layout?
I don’t know.

I think something is just not initialized in time.
A few seconds later it works fine, and you need to
reboot to hit that again (and no, not 100%, just sometimes).
I guess it has nothing to do with ibus-table. Maybe
it is an ibus problem?
