Please branch and build anthy in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain anthy in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package.

I have tested and the rawhide package builds in EPEL9 without any changes.

anthy-unicode is available in RHEL9 and anthy would be deprecated in RHEL9 and
Fedora.

Thank you for being patient.  You told me that when I requested it for EPEL8,
and I fixed things in EPEL8, but didn't push those changes into Fedora.
I'll do that now.
