Description of problem:
Unable to update libpinyin package because of fcitx-libpinyin package.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q fcitx-libpinyin libpinyin
fcitx-libpinyin-0.3.2-1.fc23.x86_64
libpinyin-1.2.0-1.fc23.x86_64
$ sudo dnf check-update libpinyin

How reproducible:
Everytime
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run "dnf update --best"
Actual results:
Got Error message as follow:
Error: package fcitx-libpinyin-0.3.2-1.fc23.x86_64 requires
libpinyin.so.6()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed.

Expected results:
dnf should update libpinyin package without any dependency problems.
