This build LGTM, thank you!

I tested it lightly on a clean Live image instance
(Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-29-20181021.n.0.iso) and was able to add,
switch to and use German and Russian keyboard layouts in GNOME (without needing
to restart the desktop before using them).
But I would appreciate more people testing this, since it can be slightly
tricky.
