Incorrect date time format
Description of problem: Showing incorrect Date & Time format for the English /
Hangul Koren locale and vice versa.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 33
Workstation (Virtual Manager VM)
How reproducible: Always
Pre-requisite: From Setting -> Region & Language section "Languages" and
"Formats" previously set to any of the Language. ex - en_US.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Setting -> Region & Language.
2. Change Languages to Koren Hangul, then click restart button and Logged off.
3. Login again to GNOME desktop, observe Notification area for Language and
date-time format.
4. Go to Setting -> Region & Language.
5. Change Formats to Koren Hangul, then click restart button and Logged off.
6. Login again to GNOME desktop, observe Notification area for Language and
date-time format.
Actual results: Showing english text in Date-Time section for Hangul-koren
locale. Also in gnome-terminal showing mix locale.
Expected results: Date-Time should be showing in Hangule-Koren locale.
Additional info: Exact opposite result showing in case of en_US locale. Please
have a look at attached screen shots.
