I cannot accept installing big endian-specific data into {_libdir}. Especially
for sunpinyin, the shlib itself is small and arch-specific but requires some
big data(>20MB), I cannot imagine to download those files twice for x86_64
users if someone wants to install both 32bit and 64bit libs.
