hangul method cannot be changed in gnome3.6beta

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open gnome-control-center, region panel, input sources tab. Use the + button
and add Korean(Korean)
2. Open gedit
3. Click ctrl+space or Hanul or R_Alt key

Actual results:
No change
