Summary: ibus: ensure the option to activate/deactivate IBus is
available and intelligible in the Preferences

Classification: Fedora
Story Points: ---
Type: ---
There are two broad issues:
1) The ability for IBus to be activated/deactivated (start/stop IBus
intercepting all keystrokes) via a keyboard shortcut must remain. Otherwise,
for those not wanting IBus to intercept every keystroke, the only option is to
quit IBus and restart it when it is needed. Is there really a significant
maintenance overhead in keeping the activate/deactivate option available?
2) The current Preferences UI is confusing.
a) 'Preferences -> General -> Keyboard Shortcuts' contains:
* "Toggle"
* "Enable"
* "Disable"
* "Next input method"
* "Previous input method"
The semantics of "Toggle" has changed between F14 and F16, from
'activate/deactivate IBus' to something closer to 'Previous input
method'.
Furthermore, 'activate/deactivate' is more accurate/clearer than
'Enable/Disable'.
b) 'Preferences -> Advanced -> Hot keys setting' contains:
* "Use trigger keys to enable or disable an input method"
What's a 'trigger key', that string is not used in the 'Keyboard
Shortcuts'.
Again, 'activate/deactivate' is more accurate than 'Enable/Disable'.
