What are the permissions for ~/.local/share/ibus-typing-booster/ ? It looks
like the debug logs

~/.local/share/ibus-typing-booster/debug.log*

cannot be rotated because of a permission error.

I have not seen this error in a while. From the original report it was on
Fedora 38. Fedora 39 seems fine.
