= description =
Wherever applied we need to update i18n wiki pages for DNF related
information.
= reason =
DNF is going to be default from F22 onwards.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/ReplaceYumWithDNF
= recommendation/goal =
This is only for updating our documentation pages not fedora packages.

I have proposed a Fedora badge for members of i18n team. See
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/351 ticket. But this
requires to discuss and get approval from team members about how this
badge should be awarded? This mean to which people we need to award this
badge.
I have proposed that we need to award this badge to owner of packages that
will add i18n-team as a InitialCC to their packages. This will mean that
all such owners of packages are part of i18n team who are working on
providing various i18n functionality in Fedora.
Note not all fonts people have added i18n-team to their packages so I have
created another proposal for fonts SIG member badge for people adding font
packages in Fedora with fonts-sig as InitialCC. See
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/350

Hi All,
I was thinking on i18n test day going to happen on 19th March 2015.
Presently we have page [1] with available test cases. I have some
suggestions for improvement.
1. Splitting test cases into Generic (everyone), America, APAC and EMEA
region.
Each test case does not make sense to everyone. Like testing Indic
keyboard by other region users or testing CJK IME by other region users.
Secondly it will reduce the number of test cases for each person
knowledgable about particular language.
2. If any particular setup is just about 3-4 lines, rather than
providing link to it, provide contents on same page. Yeah its duplication
but will help users to get all required points on single test page. Please
note only if configuration requires only 3-4 line setup.
Regards,
Pravin Satpute
