Ok, I am happy to help with that, but do you have something in mind? 
Naively I am tempted just to remove it since 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/I18N seems to cover it already,
or we could move some of the info there to I18N/Join?

ps I noted that the list of projects and SIGs on the wiki seems to have 
been "cleaned" and reduced quite a bit too since I last looked.
