Transtats Update

Hi,

Latest developments in Transtats brought it closer to automation in
transporting translations from one platform to another. 0.8.5 is
released[1].

Interestingly,
following language groups are doing exceptionally well in translating our
packages:

Fedora
  - Ukrainian
  - Korean
  - Russian
