Registration through FUDcon website and FUDcon name tags/ Badges
by Shambo Bose
Hi,
I am following different lists related to FUDcon: Pune 2011 and
through one of the post I learnt that there will be a attendee
registration form on the website. It just occurred to me that we can
save the form data in a CSV file and then can use the same to make
badges using Ian Weller's make-badges python script.

Just wondering how your subscribers are going to connect. Which DSLAM
do you plan to use ?

You can do that using postfix and the "sender_bcc" and "recipient_bcc"
parameters.

postfix-pflogsumm should be able to generate most of the reports from
the mail logs but for Subject and Header you will need to do some
tweaking. Usually this information is not logged.

Help in Fedora linux 15
by Krishna
Hi all,
I need help in Fedora. I am using Fedora Linux 15. Please anyone help me to
setup following installation and configurations.
1. I wanted to setup an fedora Linux which can accept PPPOE connections
from DSL subscribers and authenticate using radius and even gives DHCP to
DSL Modem.
2. Is it possible to setup user email address to forward send/receive
mails to another user. For instance, If user(a)domain.com is sending mails to
outside, I want to forward to user2(a)domain.com even though if he is not
copied when user mail.
3. I wanted to take reports for each email address like Email address,
sender, receiver, date, Subject and header.
Please help me to setup these things. I will be thankful.
Regards,
Krishna.

Ask Fedora - Next steps
by Rahul Sundaram
Hi
A test instance is now running at
http://ask01.dev.fedoraproject.org:8888/questions/
I would like to get some feedback. So feel free to try it out and if
you have any issues, ping me in irc. If you are familiar with Django,
let me know. I would like to add a few new features.
These are the immediate next steps:
* python-dateutil in RHEL is not new enough for Askbot. Since EPEL
packages cannot touch RHEL core packages, we got to introduce a
parallel installable version of python-dateutil15 similar to
python-genshi06 in EPEL to solve this problem. (Owner need)
* A theme to match fedoraproject.org and a logo (Tatica and Satya)
* Work with upstream on a few tweaks and import that version in EPEL.
I am doing this
* Configure Askbot email settings in the test instance and make sure
everything works (PJP?)
* Configure Askbot to use memcached in the test instance. I tried this
but there are some issues. I will look into more but I could use help
