I am pretty sure now that error has nothing to do with disk space on
your filesystem but that you have not increase the part size in
fedora-live-base.ks.  The default value is part / --size 3072 --fstype
ext4.  You have to bump up the value to 5000 or more depending on how
many packages you are including.
