Hi Shariq,

This is good to hear. I've just checked up your event page[1]. Is there
only one talk here (the one Nitesh intends to take)?

To request swag you need to file a ticket at the APAC trac[2]. I've
noticed that neither you, nor Anshul have FAS accounts[3] and have not
yet signed the FPCLA[4] (Googling didn't give me any user pages on the
fedora wiki either). In this case, the project cannot help you with swag
etc. Please look at the fedora join[5] page on how to go about creating
your FAS account etc.

Since the event is only 9 days away, it is going to be very difficult
getting you folks any swag: the next APAC meeting, where funding is
requested itself is on 21st[6].

I suggest you proceed with the current plan.
