[fedora-india] New Ambassadors Mentor for the APAC Region

it is a pleasure to announce, that Shakthi Kannan[1]
agreed to become a new Ambassadors Mentor for the APAC Region and was
voted by FAmSCo[2] for official appointment[3] today.
