1.You can reuse spec file if you think it save your time.
2.You can get source code and srpm some fedora mirror site like

Well tried this step with "aria2" package and rebuilt it for Fedora 14
and built it on koji again for Fedora 15. All works fine, now where can
I put up the Fedora 14 rpm of aria2 package to allow people to download
and test ?
