Who wants free DVD to distribute?

Siddharth has already mailed about it. But only one reply came from Jaipur.

So once again,

1. We have a few blank DVDs (~150) at our disposal.
2. If you are interested in taking up freemedia requests at your
place, we shall send you some free blank dvds.
3. All you have to do is to burn the dvd and tell the person to
collect it from you.
4. you have to be a Ambassador or LocalContact.

Who is interested? I shall ship you the blank media.
Please let me know your address along with your wiki page address.

Expected Count : 20

Binod : To distribute Fedora Media to schools/colleges/events we have
separate channel, it is not covered by FreeMedia... If you are
intending to ship/ -  to the FreeMedia requests please provide a
count.

Friends,
we have lot of requests from major cities
(bangalore,mumbai,pune,kolkata,...) if you belong to these cities you
can request these media and just burn and give away...

It would be interesting to start taking note of how many requests
queue up for distributing Fedora media to/at schools. Sooner, rather
than later, it would be required to start figuring out ways to meet
requests like those. Just pushing large volumes of media may not be
the optimal way of doing things and increasing participation in the
Fedora Community in India.

As regards events, we already suggest doing stuff like LiveUSB
stations etc. And, sometimes it works out cheaper to produce media
locally than ship it across the country. So, if in this case Binod
does have an estimate about what it costs to produce the media
locally, do get in touch with me (morpheus at fedoraproject dot org)
and let's start a discussion.

In short, it isn't about the number of media we ship. It is about the
quality of contributions we help mentor.

We have blank white DVDs with us, Which we can use. We were planning to
print stickers from the pictures shared already.

Are stickers alone available? Can it be shared? If not no problems, We shall
manage this time...
