Though I won't be able to join in-person because other travel plans.

yourself there - and just do it - no need to ask for permission to do
good stuff :-)

In case there's a volunteer already listed, please co-ordinate to not

here. Although I do not see anything specific on etherpad that needs such a
thing but I guess shipping swags and stuff can be managed from here.

Thank you, and of course you're all welcome!  We haven't started
reaching out to people yet (waiting for our CFP to go online), but
you're definitely in our list of institutions to contact once we're up
