Do you have a cut-off date after which travel/lodging sponsorship
requests will not be accepted ? That should, ideally allow the ones
who are still thinking about the event to make up their minds.

I am thinking, by next Monday.  Only one  ticket filed so far.

@Sankarshan what is the budget we have for this? We can try and get someone
from outside India probably too.

What purpose would that serve?   Hardly any time left for someone to
apply for a Visa, book tickets and plan a trip.

Do you mean the 5th of April ? Sounds nice. Once you do have the list
of participants frozen let us sit down and work out the details with
the RHT folks.

Would you be interested in attending a online session where you can
learn it over IRC?  If so,  I can do it sometime before this month end
since I have to prep for the mukt.in workshop.  That way, we can get
something productive done faster.

Sure. Would love to do that, just let me know the time and date.
Kindly see that that it does not falls on sunday or monday as i
have to go elsewhere for some special classes. Other than that
any day/date/time is fine for me. :)

I would try to attend the FAD in Pune. Although, the dates might clash
with my semester examnations, the dates of which aren't confirmed yet.
