Pending review request for Django keyedcache

Hi

As many of you know,  I have been working on packaging askbot
(https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Askbot) and dependencies for several
weeks with the help of others.  it is a maze of interconnected
dependencies but there is atleast one Django module that should be
trivial to review
