Last time I attended and also presented lighting talk. For next year I didn't make my mind yet but I will co-ordinate with Aditya and create ticket if some budget required.
Hello Praveen, Aditya

Since the event is in Bangalore, I don't think doing install media would of any use. Most the attendees have reasonably good internet speed. The audience comprises of mostly working professionals and very less students. Most of them have mac books or lenovo x series machines which do not have a disk drive. We can do some stickers, keychains, writing pads and pens etc.
Great! If the audience count is lesser, maybe we could consider doing USB install media, instead DVDs. Ex. let's have some kind of a game/puzzle at the booth and the winner gets the installable USB device.(just a thought)

Cool! Please raise the requests in time, so that we have time to produce swag as needed. I could help with the stickers & pads production if required.
Thank you.

If the event demographics indicate that it is mostly professionals, why would they be interested in install media? Events similar to this happen across NA and EMEA, it would be worthwhile to reach out to anyone who has managed a booth at them to guess what kind of swag is good-to-have

It would be good to have demo etc of things which would be relevant to the DevOps crowd.

Yeah! I and Lala are in Bangalore, so, I will be able to help with things here.
Last time, we had distributed Fedora freemedia in Rootconf. Let's plan ahead this time to have a much more prominent Fedora presence in the conference.

Great! I've placed an order for F23 Workstation media here, it should be ready in couple of days and reach there soon.
There are other events like PyCon India, GNUNify Pune, Fedora meetups etc. Which do not have owners yet. Any idea who were present there last year?

I can help out with PyCon India as I have been volunteering in PyCon India for three years now. Also, I have updated the details as PyCon India 2016 will be at Delhi in September 2016.
