Doesn't seem to be something related to Ask Fedora but a complaint about 
some program.  Too vague to really answer

Another quick note.  In the development version of Askbot, we have a new 
feature now to disable anonymous feedback ie)  this problem of vague 
question with no possibility of asking for a clarification can be avoided

Not avoiding feedback, avoiding *anonymous* feedback: ensuring we know
who to follow up with.
