Via bugzilla xmlrpc. The special phx address works inside of phx and
bugzilla.redhat.com works outside of it. Now that app5 is stable (Over an
hour, woo hoo!) I can set them up in puppet to run from there.
<nod> I'd prefer to stick with
bugzilla.redhat.com, I'm not sure what the
deal is with the special address other then it works today, I don't think
its technically a supported service so much as "thats the way its
currently setup" so its probably best to avoid it if we can.
