Latest release of Transtats[1] 0.8.1 is deployed in production[2].

#changes

 - Add upstream l10n repository

 - Packages have been migrated to weblate.

This was required as -

  1. "Sync Upstream Job" depends on the l10n repo if it exists else default.

  2. "String Change Job" depends on the source repo.
