We don't have a list yet. The first set of tags to get rid of would be
all that are prefixed by hashes. I guess we could do this manually once
a few weeks?

If it is the same set of tags, we can setup a cron job that does it and keeping adding to that list as we find out the common tags to rename. Also, delete_unused_tags could be run routinely as well
