Definitely agreed. So short Koschei log life time very negatively affects Koschei users. Logs should be kept much longer than one day (at least 1 week IMHO).
Note that Koschei users care mostly just about logs. You can remove RPMs as soon as you want, or even not store them at all, which I proposed this as a Koji enhancement long time ago:
