Well, the thing is that:

https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/docs/
(the old location)
has a checkout of the new location:

https://docs.pagure.org/infra-docs/sysadmin-guide/sops/

This is so we have another checked out copy that we can refer to if say
pagure is down.

The duplicate docs is because it checks out the pagure repo into 'docs'
and then that repo has a 'docs' subdirectory.

Not sure how best to clean this up. Ideas welcome. :)
