Possibly there are still some other pkgdb installs out there, so we
might need to keep pkgdb2 around longer?

Note that this is just archiving, if we find we do need something it
should be not too hard to bring it back, but I think it will help people
who want to contribute see whats "alive".

I'll collect feedback for a week or so before doing anything...
