Yeah, are vm's are all default/nomal/bios boot...
we can look at moving them to uefi at some point. I assume thats just
making the firmware available to libvirt/qemu?

It does, but our services do not so they would sometimes talk back
over ipv6 and sometimes over ipv4 to the same system and things
wouldn't work. We turned it off until we could get our basic
infrastructure in place so we were not debugging yet another thing
that was not working. We expect to turn it back on in August.
My understanding/what I saw was that we were getting ipv6 addresses on
everything, but the routing was not working at all, so things would try
and use it and fail.
But yeah, we should at least try and enable it again for the edge when
things are calmed down.
