what is the status of the new openstack instance? The old one is becoming pain with every new day.

Patrick has done a lot of work on it, and hopefully we can stand it up
soon, but before he could finish it he got sucked into fixing modularity
for F28 beta.

All I can say is hopefully we can get it going soon, we know the pain of
the old cloud well. ;(
