Huh.  MM should update its database every 15-30 minutes or so, and the
mirrorlist cache every hour.  How out-of-date was the returned
repomd.xml?

I am getting this same error on rawhide1.fp.o since yesterday, I did a
'yum clean all' but that didn't help.

I thought it was temporary and didn't report.
Yes, today morning, I just checked, it's fine now.
